Emmett "Ned" Neddersen, a man who loved God and his wife of 60 years Mary Elaine. He is the beloved father of his 5 boys Chuck (Jean), Tom (Kim), Alan (Beth), Dan (LeeAnne) and Tim (Homar), 2 girls Mary Jo (Dave) and Beth (Kelly), this was his basketball team and two cheerleaders. Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, two brothers and one sister.
Ned retired from General Motors after 34 years and then worked 6 years for NUMMI before retiring. He was a World War II era and Korean War veteran. Ned was involved with CYO basketball, baseball, Mission San Jose Little League and was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church and Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. He was a man greatly loved by his family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a 7:00 p.m. vigil with visitation from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, June 4th at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA. Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, June 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 40382 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA.
