Loss is a very difficult and individual emotion for each one of us. And each loss is different. Losing a parent or friend is very different than losing a child, and a loss that is sudden is tremendously difficult.

Though we deal with loss on a daily basis, we do not have the magic recipe to make the hurt and desperation vanish, but we are able to offer some words of advice.
