Theresa Castellino

Theresa Castellino passed away at home on Friday, April 10, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Theresa was born in Karachi to (late) Ignatius and (late) Angeline Martis. She is preceded in death by her loving spouse, Marcel Castellino.

Theresa was a wonderful wife, mother and teacher. She loved life, her family, and friends. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

Theresa was a hardworking person and always put her family first. She was talented and had many hobbies such as sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidering, and cooking to name a few. She was a true friend and loved the company of others. People that met Theresa were always amazed at her youthfulness and sharp mind.

Theresa is survived by her children Victor Castellino, Stephen Castellino (Colette), Wilfred Castellino (Jacinta), Bernie Castellino (Rene), Stan Castellino, (late) Conrad Castellino (Doreen), Anna Fernandes (John), and Gerald Castellino (Pearl). She was a proud grandparent of 12 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Duncan Castellino (Genie), Erwin Castellino (Caralee), Sonia Houlditch (Paul), Candice Hall (Graham), Ryan Castellino (Lesley), Dylan Castellino (Denyce), Nicole Fernandes, Ashley Ladner (Stephen), Wayne Castellino, Austin Castellino, Rachel Castellino and Ava Castellino. Her great grandchildren include Leah Castellino, Evan Castellino, Ruby Hall, Penelope Hall, Olive Hall, Jack Houlditch, and Nora Ladner.

Family and friends are invited to attend a rosary for Theresa on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Berge Pappas Smith, Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 41933 Blacow Rd., Fremont, CA.

A reception to celebrate Theresa’s life will follow Holy Mass at Age Well Center at Lake Elizabeth, 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway, Fremont, CA 94538.
