Miss you, mom.
Diane Marie McClure

January 19, 1951 ~ October 17, 2018
Resided in:
San Jose, California
On January 15th, 1951, God blessed an undeserving world with the birth of Diane Marie McClure to Donald and Eleanor LaTreille in San Francisco, California. Born as the first of seven children, she moved around the state quite a bit in her youth, as her Father was an Army man at the time and such was the life. An avid bookworm with an undeniably warm personality, she was described by many throughout her life as 'sweet' and 'nice to a fault'.
Later, she met and married Stephen Bruce McClure and gave birth to two children, who she loved beyond all description - a daughter, Amy, to whom she passed on her love of reading and much of her caring personality, and a son, Nick, who would prove to be the literal definition of a 'Holy Terror'. She converted from Catholicism to Protestant Christianity in 2000, and faithfully served her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ until she eventually went home to be with Him on October 17, 2018.
She dedicated herself to her God, her family and her career with the United States Postal Service, the latter-most of the three for 29 years until her retirement in 2013. She is survived by her adoring siblings (twin brother Don, Jack, Jim, Tom, Dave and sister Terri) and her two children, Amy and Nick. The world is worse off without her.
