  1. My Dearest Doris,

I’ve never known anyone quite as special as you. How blessed I am to have known you, to have had the privilege of working with you. During our many years together, we shared our personal lives, good and bad, mostly good, and supported one another through it all. You were always family to me and you were the reason I looked so forward to going in to work each day. You brightened my days with your kindness and wonderful sense of humor. Heaven has you now and no doubt your presence there is creating a great deal of laughter and joy. I’ll see you again one day and we’ll have a blast.

  2. May the soul of Doris and all the faithful depart, through the mercy of God rest in peace. The Van Leeuwen family, please accept our sincere condolences at Doris demise. Always bear in mind that we love her, but God loves her most. Even though I ( Maryviola) wasn’t able to meet with you, but I have heard alot a good things about you. RIP Doris.

  3. How so much life and love could fit into such a small person has always been beyond me. Her spirit, her attitude, and her endless smiles will stay with us always. Hugs to all, and may you rest in peace Grammie.

  4. My condolences to her family members. I have known Doris since about 1986. In my memory she was always a happy, optimistic, friendly, well-mannered, honest and responsible person. She belongs to Heaven.
