Our mother has at long last completed her earthly service at the age of 81. Her husband preceded her in death in 2000. And she is survived by her sister, 7 children, 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren as well as a committed life partner, with whom she found love and peace and two life-long sister friends. Her family and extended family extends wide and deep. A memorial service will be held on June 15th, at St. Columba Church Hall, 6401 San Pablo Avenue in Oakland, at 5pm.

The Bible scripture at Revelation 21:4 says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
