Ricupito, Loretta Joyce, entered into rest on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Kaiser Hospital in Fremont. A Fremont resident since 1957, she worked as an administrative assistant at Newark High School and later Memorial High School for over 25 years. Loretta was the youngest of the six Patterson girls. Born in Spokane Washington, her large Irish family settled in Alameda CA. A devout Christian and always very active, Loretta enjoyed playing golf and her exercise classes up until she was 89 years old. During her retirement, Loretta loved working at the Centerville Free dining room at Church, traveling with her children, gardening, and watching her grandson’s sporting events. Up until his passing, Loretta was the devoted wife of J.R. Ricupito for 50 years. Loretta was a Fremont resident for over 62 years. She was the loving mother of Rochelle Ann Ricupito of Fremont, Dr. Michael Ricupito and Jana Ricupito of Danville, and grandmother to her beloved grandson Michael Eaton Ricupito of Danville. Family and friends are invited to attend the celebration of her life memorial service on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11 AM at Centerville Presbyterian Church, 4360 Central Ave, Fremont, CA 94536.
