It is with great sadness that the Family of Rizalina “Sally” Estavillo announces her sudden passing on the morning of May 13, 2020 at the age of 87 years. She was born in the Philippines to Telesforo and Elena Enrique.

Commonly referred to as Sally, she was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a devout Catholic and an educator for over 40 years. Sally received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education. She taught grade school before becoming a principal at a public elementary school.

She married her husband Jesus “Jess” Estavillo in Pangasinan. For their first six years of marriage, they lived in Caloocan City, Rizal. They moved to their own home in Quezon City in 1963 where they raised their son and daughter.

In 2004, Sally and Jess immigrated to the United States to live with their daughter and her family in Fremont, California.

Sally enjoyed reading, praying, gardening, cooking, and watching TFC. She was a breast cancer survivor after initially being diagnosed in 1999.

Preceding her in death are her parents, her sister, and her husband. She is survived by her younger brothers, her son and daughter-in-law, her daughter and son-in-law, and her five grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Sally on May 22, 2020 and she will be laid to rest following the service.
