On September 23rd 1950, Soe Lwin (09/23/1950 ~ 10/28/2021) born to Bo Thwe & Daw Htwe in the town of Burma. He found his beloved wife while attending Engineering School. He was married to his wife for over 45 years. He was a civil engineer and built so many bridges across Burma. He immigrated to the US via a family based visa in 2017. He peacefully passed away in Washington Hospital, Fremont California on October 28th 2021 surrounded by his wife and daughter. He was a pleasant, kind, generous, compassionate, empathetic, and loving father. He left a wife, five kids, and four grandchildren.
