Memories Timeline

  1. I am so shocked to read of David’s passing. He will be missed by so many. He was my Sr. Ball date way back when and I worked with him on all of our class reunion committees. My condolences and prayers go out to you, Fatima, and the rest of the family.

  2. Dearest Tia Fatima & Davey, May the fond memories of Tio David bring you comfort during this difficult time. It will be the little things that you will remember, the funny moments, the laughter we shared. And although it is hard right now, it will be these memories of the little things that help to get through the pain and bring our smiles back again. May God bless you and Davey and bring you peace. We love you!!

  3. Dear Mrs. Bettencourt,

Jen and I were tenants of yours and Mr. Bettencourt’s a few years ago and you were the very best landlords we have ever had. I am deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Bettencourt’s passing. I offer my deepest condolences to you and your family as it nears the one year anniversary of his departure. Anyone could see how kind of a man your husband was. In just the brief time we knew him, he showed us understanding, caring, and compassion. The both of you seemed to truly care about the well-being of your tenants, not to mention how hard you worked! It was clear that Mr. Bettencourt had a huge heart and we were extremely lucky to be blessed by his acquaintance not just as a landlord, but as a genuinely good person. Jen and I still speak about how lovely it was to have been your tenants. Mr. Bettencourt always had a smile and sometimes a funny thing or two to say. I hope your heart and the hearts of your family heal more and more with time. May he rest in peace.

    With love.
