This December 17, 2022, Diane took her final breath, surrounded by her loved ones. The sun rose and the world welcomed Diane on April 27, 1936, a day the world became a little brighter. Diane was born in San Francisco, CA, and lived in Malta for a period of time, returning to the Bay Area for the past 40 years. She lived a full and warm life, filled with joy, happiness, and kindness. She enjoyed her sweets, a great cup of coffee, gardening, traveling with her son, and had a passion for horses. As a people person, she enjoyed greeting customers at Walmart, where she worked for the last 18 years before she began her battle with Dementia.
She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ida and John Mifsud of Mellieha, Malta. Her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Michelle Falzon, and grandson Dylan Falzon of Newark, Ca. Also by many loving friends and family. She is predeceased by daughter Elizabeth Falzon, Terrebonne, Oregon.
Our family is grateful to know that Diane is finally at peace. Please consider a contribution towards Lewy Body Dementia Foundationhttps://www.lbda.org/ in lieu of flowers.
While services will be private, the family requests you share any memories and photos you have of Diane on her memorial website. Memorial service to be live streamed on 01/07/2023 at 2 PM.

You were such a fun loving Aunt. Rest in peace ❤️
Just about every Summer Sunday afternoons , mom and i would stop by to say hi and pick up Lizzy to go to the beach with us.
Sometimes you and Tony would join us.
It was always a good time.
I can still hear you yell my name like mom did “Mary Ann!!!”
Very loudly like she did, then we would all laugh.
I will always cherish those times together.
Love you, Rest In Peace Diane.
