Dolores Mae Garcia

Dolores Garcia Feb 26, 1929 - June 11, 2015 Resident of Fremont Dolores Mae Garcia, entered peacefully into rest in Union City, CA. Born to Joseph and Emily Garcia, she was 86. She worked as a bookkeeper for Ed L. Rose Hardware and Roger's Campers and was a member of several local Portuguese Fraternal Organizations and women's groups. She enjoyed participating in the organizations she belonged to and dining out with family and friends. Loving aunt of Pat Galli (Albert), Daniel Garcia (Brenda), Debra Paiva (Dennis) and their children. Her brothers Theodore, Raymond, Lawrence and her niece Linda preceded her in death. Vigil services will be 9:45 AM Thurs, June 18th with visitation starting at 9:00 AM held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Parish, 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Dominican Sisters.
