Eleanor Elaine Stark, a long time resident of Fremont, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2015 in Brentwood, CA. Born on May 4, 1937 in Reynold, NE to Bart and Erma Shulda.Beloved wife of the late Mark M. Stark. Loving mother of Mary Stark of Cameron Park, Michael Stark of Fremont, John Stark of Patterson, Ann Andreotti of Fremont, Margaret Heinrich of Fremont, and Eleanor and her husband Michael Valenti of Brentwood. Cherished grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 5.Eleanor loved needle work, camping, fishing, traveling, and most of all she loved caring for her family. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Brentwood.Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538. A Mass of Resurrection will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 500 Fairview Ave, Brentwood, CA 94513 at 11:00 AM on Wednesday.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made to the American Cancer Society, 7000 Village Parkway, Dublin, CA 94568.
