Elizabeth Ann Fernandez, age 61, born in Martinez, CA on Dec. 14, 1954. Peacefully passed away on Aug. 18, 2016. Liz was survived by her husband Bob Fernandez, 4 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Berge-Pappas--Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont on Friday Aug. 26, 2016 at 12p.m.
