Feliciano Guerrero Galvan

Feliciano, 'Phil' Galvan, born on October 10, 1923 passed away peacefully on October 5, 2013. A native of San Bernardino, CA.Beloved husband of Lupe Guerra Galvan. Devoted father of Daniel G. Galvan and his wife Terry, and Sally G. Galvan. Loving grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 2. Cherished brother of Salvador, Marcos, Francisco Jr., G. Galvan, Jessie Gutierrez and Paula Orozco. Phil was preceded in death by his sons David and Jerry G. Galvan, brothers Florencio, Benito, Manuel, Joe G. Galvan and sister Caroline Estacio.Phil was retired from Ohlone Community College. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, dancing, and pitched Fastpitch softball for 40 years. He was a member of Native Sons, Veterans of Foreign Wars and a former Elks Club member. Phil was also a very generous man. Family and friends are invited to attend an 11:00 A.M. Memorial Mass on October 14, 2013 at Holy Spirit Church, 37588 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA. Burial will be private.
