Genevieve patricia Fasolis

Genevieve Fasolis, age 90, passed away peacefully at home on 11/25/2021 of natural causes.

Gen was born on Feb 10, 1931 in Centerville, Ca. Daughter of Kenneth P and Mary Souza Mello, first generation born in America. She had 3 brothers, Norman (deceased) Ken, and Gene and was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Walter L. Fasolis Sr.

Gen grew up on Beard Rd in Centerville attending Alviso Elementary School and Washington High School (1949). She was active in supporting her Church, Holy Ghost at the time, and working in the community. She was an avid golfer for many years and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A vigil will be held at 6:30pm, Monday Dec 6^th at Chapel of the Angels in Fremont, Calif. Memorial Service at Holy Spirit Church Dec 7^th at 10:00am followed by a private burial at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery on Dec 8.

Gen is survived by her two sons Walt Jr. and Steve Fasolis (Denise), grandchildren Michael (Emilia) & Matthew (Kristie) Fasolis, Nicole (Josh) Feemster and great-grandchildren Kayla, Alexander, Andrew, Gabriel, Liana, and Finn. In lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to Sister John Marie’s Pantry in Fremont.
