Georgina Nazare Aguiar June 1, 1931-March 6, 2016 Please join us in a memorial service for Georgina Nazare Aguiar, who passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2016 in Fremont, CA at 84 years old. Georgina was born on June 1, 1931 in Terceira, Azores as the third of four children of Francisco Sousa Batista and Maria Angelica Fagundes. Georgina was predeceased by her parents, as well as her husband, Jose Medeiros, her sister, Isabel Homen of San Jose, CA, and brothers, Francisco Batista of Terceira, Azores, and Manuel Batista of Manteca, CA. She leaves behind her son, Jose Medeiros (and his wife Maria Encarnacao) Silva, granddaughters Teresa (and her husband Joel) Pullen and Lisa (and her husband Kelby) Lima, and great-grandchildren Colin and Julia. The services will be held at Chapel of the Angels located at 40842 Fremont Boulevard in Fremont. Thursday, March 10th: viewing from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. with a rosary beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, March 11th: Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the burial following at the Irvington Memorial Cemetery located at 41001 Chapel Way in Fremont.
