Gilbert Gregory Beltran

Gilbert was born on July 3, 1934 in Union City and went to be with the Lord peacefully on September 1, 2015 in Fremont, CA. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years Ruth Beltran of Fremont. He was the devoted father of Helene, Gilbert Jr. Gabe, Bernadette, Greg, Ann, Ruthie, Francesco, Clare, Thad, Miriam, Priscilla and the Late Manuel Beltran. Gilbert is survived by his brother George and sisters Delores, Amelia, Marian and Henrequeta. Loving grandfather of 38 and a great grandfather of 2. Gilbert was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed golfing and following the Warriors, Raiders and A's.Funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 41933 Blacow Rd. Fremont, on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11am. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial. Evening Services will be held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd. Fremont, CA on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 7pm with visitation being held from 3PM to 8 PM at the mortuary.
