Jack Duke, SR

Jack Duke, SR. passed away peacefully on August 15, 2014. Born in Dickson, Tennessee on May 3, 1925 to Poller and Ella Duke. Beloved Husband of the late Maxine Duke. Loving father of Stephanie and (Stephen) Rodgers, Jack and (Mary) Duke and Brandon and (Ina) Duke. Devoted Grandfather of thirteen and great-grandfather of twenty-two. Jack was known for being a good cook, especially his cheese cakes and a handy-man, whether it be houses or vehicles. Family and friends are invited to attend a 11 AM service on August 22, at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538. In lieu of flowers, remembrance's can be made in Jack's name to The Fremont Fire Fighters Association, Local #1689, or to Sister John Marie's Pantry.
