James Edward Foster passed away peacefully at Washington Township Hospital, in Fremont, CA on December 3, 2018 at the age of 36 years old. He was born in Hayward, CA on July 14, 1982. Preceded in death by his loving grandparents Allen and Alberta Robertson, Norman and Elizabeth Foster. Many other family members and friends that passed before him. Survived by his Loving Son Dylan Edward Foster of Nevada City, CA. and his fiancé Dana Molina, of Elk Grove, CA. Parents James and Carolyn Foster of Fremont, CA, Brother Clifton and Brother in law Ted Bayes-Peine of Tacoma, WA, Sister Sabena and Brother in law Todd Griffin of Modesto, CA, Sister Elizabeth and Brother in law David Scott of Manteca, CA, and loving nieces and nephews Justin, Matthew, Tyler, Mary, Corey, Clair and Emily. Aunt Cheryl Fitzgerald of Las Vegas, NV, Uncle Dale Robertson of Green banks, WA, Aunt Peggy and Uncle Bruce Schmidt of Las Vegas, NV. Uncle Michael and Aunt Lynne Foster of Beaverton, OR, Aunt Teresa and Uncle Michael Hope of Lompoc, CA, Aunt Mary and Uncle Edward of San Luis Obispo, CA. And three generations of cousins from Coast to Coast, and many close friends. Despite the many adversities in James’s life his positive spirit and kind nature always shined through. James was the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back or his last dollar in his pocket. James most valued the time he spent with his family and friends. Those things meant the most to him - more than money or wealth could ever buy. James was a quiet and private person but you always knew where you stood with him. James always had a fascination with wolves and had many of the same qualities. He was faithful, loyal, and protective of his “pack’. James’s proudest moments in life included graduating from Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA Class of 2002, the birth of his son Dylan, and getting engaged to the love of his life Dana.

    It was great being your bestie for a long time in San Jose and we still stayed in contact after I moved to Modesto I hope u have peace. I know you were sick for so long. I hope your family is doing good. It sucks you didn’t get those organs in time
