Jean Barthram, 86, resident of Waterford, Ca passed away on September 23, 2019. Born to Henry Edward Lockwood and Elsie Rebecca Walsh. Jean is preceded in death by her husband Richard Fredrick Bartham. Jean leaves behind two children, daughter Wendy C. Fernandez, and son Steven R. Barthram; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 11 AM.
