Jean Elinor Souza

It is with deep sadness that Jean Elinor Souza, 97, of San Jose, Ca., passed away on February 4^th 2024. “Jeanie” Souza, was born in Huntington Park, Ca. to Claire Manhire and Fred Lebaudour. She grew up in Salinas, Ca. and graduated from Salinas High School. She became a loving wife to George A. Souza, and a doting mother to her three boys, Michael (Craig) Robertson, Timothy G. Souza and John P. Souza, proud grandmother to three granddaughters Kadie L. Robertson, Kimberly M. Ferrell and Sara Jean Ward, and four great grandchildren Nathan J Robertson, Audrey Ferrell, Eva Ward and George Ward. Jeanie spent most of her years working as a grocery store clerk with Lucky’s Supermarket. She was a lover of all animals, enjoyed cooking, calligraphy and ceramics. She will be missed greatly and will be leaving many memories with all those she loved and touched deeply.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held February 13^th 2024 at Chapel of the Angels 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont Ca. 94538 at 10:30am. An interment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery 2650 Madden Ave, San Jose, Ca. 95116 at 12:00pm.

There will be a lunch held at II Fornaio Restaurant in San Jose, Ca. For Immediate Family and Close friends.
