John Kearns

John Joseph Kearns a longtime resident of Fremont, passed away peacefully June 3, 2012 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Clair Kearns, loving father of Barry Kearns of San Francisco and Aaron Kearns, and wife Jennifer, of Columbia, S.C. Dearest brother of the late Nora Kearns. John was a manufacturing inspector for Ford Motor Company for 31 years. He studied Irish history, engineering and reclaiming energy from tidal waves. He was an avid walker, enjoyed flying small engine aircraft and mining for precious metals. John was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, the U.A.W. Local#76, and Experienced Aircraft Association. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, June 13 from 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA. An 11:00 A.M Mass of Resurrection will be held at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 43148 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA.
