Juanita was born in the province of Carcar, Cebu City, Philippines. She loved to take walks, laugh, and enjoy her favorite food of shrimp chow mein and fried rice, but most of all she loved time with her family. She will be remembered for being loyal, loving, fearless, strong, kind hearted, having a sweet soul, selfless and always looking out for other people more than herself.
She is survived by her beloved husband of over 58 years, Carlos Medellin, children Eduardo and his wife Naoime, Samuel and his wife Nancy and Susana and her boyfriend Kyle. She was the loving grandmother of Holly and husband Marco, Ashley, Sable, great grandchild Max and one more on the way, due this August. Also survived by Holly and Ashley's mother Julie.
In lieu of flowers donations may be to the family for Juanita's services.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Vigil service Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 3:30 PM with visitation from 2:00-5:00 PM held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels

I loved your laugh, and the twinkle in your eyes, your excitement when we visited. I am forever grateful Sable got to spend precious moments as an infant with you. With a heavy heart I say goodbye, Forever in our hearts.
