Kristina Louise Chesterman
January 14, 1992 - September 24, 2013
Kristina died tragically after being struck by a drunk driver while riding her bike. Pursuing her childhood dream, she was studying nursing at CSU Chico. She was kind and caring, always there to help others. Described by family and friends as an 'old soul', she was wise beyond her years and lived each day to the fullest.
While she had numerous close friends, family was her priority, never missing a family gathering. She leaves her beloved parents, Dave and Sandra, her brothers Dustin, Aaron and Daniel, her sister Emily, her sisters in law Cheryl and Kyung, her nieces Lily and Hazel, her loving grandparents Eleanor Chesterman and Richard and Rose Burke and a large extended family of nearly 100.
10:30 AM at Cornerstone Fellowship in Livermore. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you visit kristinachesterman.org to make a contribution in her honor to a nursing scholarship fund, a memorial fund or to other charities that she supported.
Kristina is the most beautiful soul I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. She was a ‘big sister’ to Bryan all through his school years. And we will all miss her sweet smile and caring ways! Our prayers are with you and we send love to you all.
MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU, AND HAVE BEEN EVER SINCE YOUR ORDEAL BEGAN. WE, AT THE DISTRICT, MOURN YOUR LOSS WITH YOU. TAKE STRENGTH FROM ALL YOUR FORMER COLLEAGUES AS YOU LAY YOUR ANGEL TO REST…SHE IS IN HEAVEN WATCHING OVER YOU ALL NOW.
My most sincere condolences to the entire Chesterman Family. May you find comfort in knowing that Kristina is now in the most glorious of places – with our Heavenly Father. Wishing you all much peace and comfort during this difficult time. Blessings.
Our deepest condolences go out to the entire Chesterman familyI in this tragic loss. I remember seeing Kritstina’s smiling face when she answered the door when I dropped Dani off to welcome her into her house. A memory I will never forget is when Dani came home after spending the day at the Chestermans is when Emily and her were hanging out with Kristina in her room. Dani came home and told me how cool it was because Kristina had her clothes hanging in her closet in order by color. Dani came home went into her closet ripped all of her clothes and hung it all back up by color. Kristina will live on in the lives of others and all of you. Love the Roths Family
