Kurt J. Schuchardt passed away on June 7, 2016 in Newark. He was born in Fremont on May 2, 1960. Loving son of Martha and the late Durward Schuchardt. Caring brother of William and Deborah of Texas, Robert and Richard of Fremont, Mark of Pasadena and Martin of Livermore. Also survived by his beloved dog, Katie, who he dedicated a lot of his life to. Kurt was interested in the arts, especially in drama, where he showed his talents by taking lead roles in productions. He was an excellent graphic designer, and he integrated his love of photography by adding his photos into graphic designs when creating his own greeting cards. Family and friends are invited to attend a 4:00 – 8:00 PM visitation with a 7:00 PM Vigil on Monday, June 13th at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA, 94538. . A 10:30 Mass of Resurrection will be held on Tuesday, June 14th at St. Edward's Catholic Church, 5788 Thornton Ave., Newark, CA 94560.
