Leroy Sayas Sr, 78 died the evening of November 1, at his home in Newark, CA., surrounded by family and closest friends following a brief fight with cancer.
Leroy was a loving father, brother, husband, and friend. He leaves his wife of 24 years, Elena Cortese; 4 sons, 4 daughters, 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, one brother and many more family and close friends.
All who may have known him and would like to pay their respects can attend funeral services scheduled for 3 pm on Wednesday, November 6 at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of The Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538. There will be no burial scheduled.
