Lorna Luna Cayanan, 55, joined the hands of the Lord on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
Lorna was born on March 26, 1958 in Guagua, Pampanga, Philippines. She married to Pedro
Cayanan who served in the US Navy and in 1979 she immigrated to the United States. On August
15, 1979 she gave birth to Joseph Cayanan. She later then moved to California after her husband
passed and worked in administration for Warden West before becoming a property manager for
DKD. Lorna loved to cook and enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends. She also
enjoyed karaoke and dancing during family gatherings. She was a dedicated and devoted spouse of
18 years to her loving husband Len Leano.
She is survived by her only child Joseph Cayanan. Please join us in celebrating the life of Lorna
Luna Cayanan on February 20, 4-8pm; February 21, 4-8pm (Vigil at 6:30pm); February 22, 9-10am.
Mass to follow on February 22, 5:30pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

To my Loving (Sister In Law) Lorna, you have touch so many people in your life. You have brought into this world a beautiful son (Joseph) and been with your Loving Soul Mate (Len) for so many years. I am so blessed to have been part of the Luna Family, and very thankful that you were there for me, when your sister Leona had passed away. Not just only for me, as for Michael. You were a second mother to him. It was rough at times, but, you were there too lift our spirits when feeling down. So, my dear beloved sister in law, please give a big hug and kisses for me. You, Tatang and my beloved wife Leona, Rest in Peace. You will always be In our hearts. Your legacy will continue through your son Joseph. love You Sis.

To Len Leano, I remember meeting Lorna for the first time, she welcomed me and embraced me with a beautiful smile. Future gatherings, she would be usually the first to greet me and allow me to feel welcomed. I am deeply sadden for you and Lorna’s family. Peaceful embraces,
