Marguerite Geraghty

Marguerite Geraghty entered into rest November 13, 2015 at Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA. She was born December 19, 1933 in New York and became a Fremont resident in 1965. Wife of the late Andrew Joseph Geraghty, Marguerite was a loving mother to their four children: Joanne Gobert of San Jose, Lisa Geraghty of Roseville, Michael Geraghty of Granite Bay and Thomas Geraghty of San Jose. Dearest sister of Ronald Farrell of Danville and loving grandmother to her 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Marguerite was an avid bridge player. She was a faithful friend and family was her life. She was a member of Saint Joseph Parish for over 40 years and also belonged to Mission San Jose Rotary. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 5-8 PM with a vigil service Tuesday, November 24th at 7PM held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., a mass of resurrection will be Wednesday, November 25th at 10:30 AM at Saint Joseph parish, 43148 Mission Blvd., Fremont. Burial will follow at Irvington Memorial Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude's and Wounded Warriors.
