Marlene Ann Smith

Marlene A. Smith, a life long resident of Mission San Jose, passed away on August 22, 2015 at the age of 81. She was born on August 8, 1934 to William Fernandez and Winfred Jardine. Beloved wife of the late Donald Smith. Loving mother of Cindy Woodward and her husband Richard of Fremont, and Richard Smith of Tempe, AZ. Cherished grandmother of Jody Smith, Jennifer and PJ Yann, Jimmy Walsh and Lea Woodward. Devoted great-grandmother of Jayden Walsh. Marlene was a member of St. Joseph Parish. Gardening was her passion, and she loved going out to lunch, visiting friends, and spending time with family. She was a fun loving and outgoing person that will be deeply missed. Private family services will be held.
