Norris Gilmore November 16, 1935 – May 29, 2013 Resident of Fremont, CA Norris Gilmore, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 2:00am during his sleep following complications from a stroke. Norris's working career and affiliations includes Safeway, Inc., H&R Block and President of the Mission San Jose Rotary Club. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Juanita Gilmore, children: Sheila Gilmore, Anthony Gilmore, grandchildren: Nelson McCoy, Anthony Gilmore II, Jasmine Barnes, Norris Barnes, Michelle Gilmore, great-grand child: Tylin McCoy, sister, Betty Gilmore-Finney, a host of many nieces and nephews, and a devoted church family. His passions included music, local / international travel and sports. Memorial Service, Mon, June 10, 2013, 11:30AM, South Bay Community Church.
