Patricia Ann Ochoa, Daughter of Sarah and Antone Hernandez Dececed, passed away on Saturday with her loving husband and family at her side. She has touched many lives with her thoughtfulness and caring spirit. Patricia was born at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, earning the title of 2nd born infant New Year's Day, in San Mateo County. She Graduated from Menlo Atherton High School, in Atherton. She worked at Stanford Hospital for 30 years.
Patricia is survived by her devoted husband, Lencho of Fremont; son Michael Ochoa of Fremont, granddaughter Isabella Ann Ochoa. Also survived by brothers Antone Thomas Hernandez, Raymond Edward Hernandez, and Joaquin Randolph Hernandez (Deceased). Patricia has impacted so many that it would be near impossible to list them, but she was a loving Sister, Sister in Law, Niece, Cousin, Aunt, Tita, Nina and Aunt Pat to all her friends.
Friends and family are invited to a viewing 5:00-8:00 PM with Rosary at 7:00 PM Friday September 19th, at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angles, 40842 Fremont Blvd Fremont Ca. 94538. Mass and celebration of life on Saturday September 20th at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 40832 Fremont Boulevard Fremont Ca. 94538.

I recently found out that Pat has passed away. I have known her for many yrs my heart breaks for her and her family.
I have wondered for years now about my good friend from elementary school. We had some fun times together. Pat lived on Marsh Rd and I lived on 15 ave. I’m so sorry that you’ve lost her. We laugh a lot together
