Native of Fremont, CA and graduate of American High School Class of 1987, passed away in Gilbert, Arizona at the age of 44. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Fremont Bank founders Morris and Alvirda Hyman; he is survived by his parents Hattie and Dennis Hughes, and brother Brian Hughes and his wife Theresa, of Fremont and their families. He has left us too soon and will be missed. In lieu of flowers donations to Abode Services (shelter) or Kidango (childcare), both based in Fremont, are appreciated. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 27 at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538.
