Paul was born in Oakland, CA to Roy and Daisy Leggett. He attended Oakland schools and served in the Navy throughout WWII. He met Jean Hall and they began a Marriage that would last 57 years. The first of their sons, Steven arrived in 1947 and their second, Douglas in 1949.Paul worked for PAC Bell for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf. Jean passed away in 2001 and their son, Douglas in 2006. Paul is survived by his son Steven (Juli), brother Richard (Alice), 5 Grandchildren, 7 Great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Steve especially acknowledges the enduring friendship and support of Allen and Vicki Grimm, Linda Urkhart and Paul's wonderful, caring neighbors. A 1:00 P.M. Celebration of Life will be held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Mortuary in Fremont
