An absolutely wonderful man. His presence will be missed but his love and prayers for us all will live on. Thank you Ken for sharing your family, love and faith with us.
I know you are now w/one of your good friends, Brad Knight. So much love and memories thru the years w/our families even w/such a large distance between all.
I love you all w/all my being.
I have been blessed to know Ken my whole life. My mom’s sister Joy was married to Ed Cassady, Joyce’s brother. To me, he was Uncle Ken. He always greeted me with love and affection and a joke! He was a great storyteller. Sometimes he might have you on the hook to a serious story then it would end up a joke. When it came to the Scriptures, he was always serious and made it so easy to understand. He was very competitive when it came to game play. I remember many fun evenings with the Birchs and the Cassadys playing Zonk around the table. Uncle Ken and Uncle Ed were big rivals. That table was always full of laughter. I will miss him dearly, but I know I will see him again. I know that my Uncle Ed was there with other family and friends to greet him. He will always be in my heart.
Always had so much fun with Kenny. He will be greatly missed. I’m just one of his many fans.
I have many fond memories of Ken and of course Joyce. Ken was fun to be around. He had a ready smile. He was ready to laugh with me and make me feel comfortable and at home. Ken is missed.
Ken was indeed a true friend and life example to all who knew him. He is greatly missed.
My deepest condolences to Joyce and the entire family. Ken was sweet and kind and brought love and laughter everywhere he went.
The world is a better place for his having been here and sadly darker now with his passing. Godspeed Ken.
The year I spent working with Ken at Smith’s furniture was truly a blessing. He definitely taught me a lot. His faith was always evident. My condolences to the family and friends. God Bless and he is with His Father in heaven.
We only have met a few persons God purposely placed in our lives. Ken was a wonderful example of God’s love to not only us but to everyone he met. . Our heartfelt condolences to Joyce and family.
