Rowena Molina Mallorca-Bautista
November 4, 1969 ~ March 19, 2020
Born in:
Quezon City, Philippines
Resided in:
San Jose, California
As a wife to Robert; a daughter to Rolando and Amelia; a sister to Rommel, Roldan, Robert; an aunt to Regine, Rianna, Reine, Rochelle Roselyn, and Mia; and a friend to many, Rowena was the kind-hearted, happy person, whose laugh and positive nature radiated whenever she encounters people. There were several things about Rowena we all can remember…she never stays in one place. She was always out and about traveling locally or internationally.
You can always count on Rowena if you need support, give you advise or just to be with someone. She never forgets a birthday or an event and is a person who will make every effort to visit you, as well as bring everyone together. As a person, Rowena, this was her gift. The gift that we all cherished and loved. A gift that even reached over 7,000 miles, where she, along with a group of individuals, both in the US and the Philippines, joined her project to sponsor kids at the Batbat Elementary School, Philippines.
Although we lost her physically, Rowena’s memory lives on in our hearts and minds. We all know sorrow is not what Rowena wants us to feel. She wants us to continue smiling, laughing and carrying on a positive nature.
“When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. Our most sincere condolences to you.”
Rest in the care of the Lord, Weng.
My deepest condolences to your loving family! May they have the strength and comfort at this difficult time!
We would like to extend our deepest condolences and offer our support at this time of grief and sorrow. She was a very kind, compassionate and loving person who could light up a room with her infectious smile and laughter whenever she walked in. She will be greatly missed I am sure HE always had a plan for her. She is in good hands and one day we may catch up with her and see that smile that shined so bright. In our mind she is gone, but in our hearts that fire she lit in all of us will never die. So Robert, Kuya, Ate Mel and all family members we are here at your beckon call to help ease the pain of your great loss. WE all love you!

But in my heart of hearts, I know that we all have been blessed to have her in our lives, and I know she will always be with us. I loved her travel pictures and I loved that she cared for the kids back home. Her earthly stay is over, but her spirit lives on forever.
