Saed “Cy” Najjar, age 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 7th, 2023 in Manteca, California after a short illness.
Born in Syria, raised in Lebanon and later immigrated to Fremont, CA. Saed was briefly in the real estate business when he made a successful career change and opened his Farmers Insurance Agency. Saed was in business for 36 years and retired in June 2018.
Saed is survived by his loving wife Mary of 36 years. He is also survived by his stepson Sean Holden, his wife Katrina and three grandchildren, Haley, Noah and Isabella.
Sead leaves behind his sisters Maha, Souad and Samia. Many nieces, nephews and aunts.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Hoda and Rabia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 12:30pm at The Chapel of the Angels. Services will be held at 1:30pm and followed by reception. Burial will be taking place at a later date at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Fremont.
