Thomas Foreman June 28, 1937 - Oct. 7, 2013 Resident of Fremont Thomas Arthur Foreman, born June 28, 1937 passed away on Oct. 7, 2013 at Washington Hospital surrounded by family. A resident of Fremont, CA. He was born in Alameda, CA to Frederick and Gertrude Foreman and graduated from Alameda High School and Oakland City College. He was in the Army for 3 years then worked in elevator construction before opening Papillon Restaurant in Fremont. He loved wine, food, flying, traveling and many outdoor activities. His eldest son Ott lost his battle to cancer in 2010. He is survived by his brother Jerry Foreman, Former wife Wasana Foreman, Son Charles Foreman, Daughter Ann Daly and 6 grandchildren - Scott, Nicholas, Justin, Colton, Connor and Channah. Tom was generous, kind and caring. A Celebration of life will be held at Papillon Restaurant on Saturday Oct. 26 at 12:00 pm. All family and friends are invited to attend.
