  12. CandleIt’s hard to find the words to express what I’m feeling right now. My heart is overwhelmed with memories of my younger years and the countless afternoons and evenings spent in your home. I will always hold close the warmth of your beautiful smile, your affectionate nature, and the way you made everyone feel so loved and welcome. And of course, I’ll never forget the joy of savoring the delicious food you so lovingly made. You may no longer be here with us, but you’ll never truly be gone. Your spirit lives on in the love you have left behind, in the laughter, the lessons, and the warmth that will remain with your loved ones always. Wishing your soul eternal peace Bijaya aunty.

  15. CandleDearest Bijaya Aunty as we all bid our final farewell to you today, memories of my early childhood association with you come flooding in my minds eye..I used to be literally a daily visitor to your home every evening at AIIMS..Though both Guddi Apa & Mithu Apa were much older to me in age & sometimes busy with their studies or other activities, but you always made sure to give me company & keep me engaged by either making me help you out in the kitchen or be your helper in the kitchen garden..You were always so very warm & welcoming to me & everyone who visited your home..Fondly remember your ever smiling face always full of energy & enthusiasm and your infectious laughter..I also remember savoring the delicious delicacies prepared by you with such love on festivals, birthdays & other special occasions..Then years later I remember your stay with us in our Mumbai home when you had returned to India after the Kuwait evacuation in 1990 and your hilarious name coined for Saddam Hussein – “Saddam Poda”..After that Uncle, you & Mithu Apa once visited us in our Tilak Marg house in Delhi & I too visited your Safdarjung Enclave house for lunch once as Guddi Apa was visiting from Australia..You had prepared a very elaborate spread even then..Memories of you will always remain as a treasure in my heart & warm my heart each time I remember them..Farewell Bijaya Aunty..Prayers for your sweet & loving soul to rest in eternal peace, comfort & joy in his heavenly abode..Om Shanti!🙏🕉

  16. Dear Auntie,
