Vincente Gallegos

Vincent Ferrel Gallegos entered peacefully into rest August 1, 2012 at his home in Fremont, CA. Born May 11, 1932 in Colorado, he was 80 years old. He worked at Chabot College for 35 years. He loved horses, building custom vehicles, camping, gambling, fishing and BBQing, but most of all he loved being with and caring for his family. He was also known as being an entrepreneur and a man who touched every one he met, beloved by every friend he made. Beloved husband of Estella Gallegos. Loving father of Sharon Foster of Fremont, CA, Larry Gallegos of Fremont, CA, Jim Gallegos of Manteca, CA and Mike Gallegos of Fremont, CA. Dearest brother of Lourdes Germaine of Turlock, CA, Tony Gallegos of Calistoga, CA, Joe Gallegos of Oxnard, CA and Lawrence Gallegos of Georgia. Loving grandfather of ten grandchildren and six great granchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a 11:00 AM Mass on Tuesday, August 7th held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 40382 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA. Visitation will be held Monday, August 6th from 3:00-8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM vigil at Berge Pappas Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA.
