The services provided were stellar leading up to the day of the funeral - Ian and Michele were very responsive to all of our questions about logistics, documentation, and the event, including on the weekends. Andrea helped us with logistics day-of and was so kind, flexible about timing, and clear about how the Zoom recording and audio logistics would work. Compared to a few places I spoke with prior, this place gave me a warm and sympathetic tone when speaking with them. Sam was a joy to work with and was great at serving as a resource and answering all the many questions we had. My father passed away, we were devastated and we wanted cremation services for my father to honor him.
